Surface Preparation
Every substrate is cleaned, sanded, and primed to the correct specification for its material and topcoat system. Proper prep is the foundation of a finish that holds up in retail environments.

Color Mixing & Approval
Paint is mixed to your Pantone or brand-standard color. A drawdown or spray-out sample is produced and approved before production painting begins — no surprises on the finished piece.

Application & Build
Coatings are applied in controlled conditions — primer, color coats, and clear or protective topcoats — with flash time and cure schedules managed for each material and finish system.

Inspection & Delivery
Finished pieces are inspected under controlled lighting for color accuracy, surface quality, and coverage. Parts are wrapped, packaged, and delivered to your job site or distribution center.
